Due to some family business, this project will be on hold indefinitely.

Kicking Off

I'm starting a blog. Hopefully, it will develop into an enjoyable place to read about my adventures-- adventures I hope to have while I open a restaurant in Lhasa. If my plan works, I will be posting here with increasing frequency, sharing my experiences. If it doesn't, it'll turn into some other kind of culinary blog. :)
